Emergency Medical Response and of course our 24 hour customer support!
+ Rapid Response (Land and Air!)
Our highly trained rapid response team can handle any stolen vehicle situation, and any recovery needed. Using our technologies our team can locate and immobilise your vehicle in a matter of seconds! (Lets see the other guys make that claim!)
We ensure you stay out of danger by then sending our team out to recover your vehicle for you.
Our air support team (coming in July- we're making sure they're properly trained) will also be able to lend support to our ground units increasing the chances for your vehcile recovery.
+ Roadside Assistance (Flat tyres to wrecking services)
Roadside Assistance from our company can come as simply helping you change a flat, to wrecking your vehicle for you. We ensure our customers are treated as best as possible and also ensure stringent quality controls for safety. For example, we only use flatbed trucks which meet certain quality standards.
+ Emergency Medical Response (in case of accidents)
Sometimes accidents do happen, to ensure our customers well being we offer paramedic service from your accident site to the general hospitals. In case of emergencies where you are unable to call out from the accident, several panic buttons placed in the vehicle when pressed will act to alert our 24 hour response team which will send out the ambulance,
+ Customer Support (for anything else you need)
Our 24 hour customer support team aims to provide all services at all times everday! From our support centre we can locate vehicles, immobilise vehicles, send Rapid Response units, send Roadside units, send Emergency Medical units, or simply help you open you car doors!
